Great staff, fun communal areas, airport drop-off service. Awesome place to meet fellow travelers and explore the city.

The staff are friendly and helpful, particularly the evening/night shift guy. The common area on the roof offers fine mountain views. Met friendly people in the dorm and traveled together. Free lockers, towels, and linen.

The staff were amazing and always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home. They were very helpful in organizing trips and providing information. the rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the city. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation.
Felt like home, no reason to complain.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and went above and beyond, even joining us for a night out on the town, which was mind-blowingly fun! The rooftop terrace had a jaw-dropping view and was the perfect spot to relax with a beer. The location was super convenient, just a 5-min walk to the metro. The rooms were clean and comfy, with lockers and power sockets available. The hostel also helped us organize cheap day trips to amazing places like Charyn Canyon and Big Almaty Lake. The overall experience was fantastic and I would definitely choose this hostel again if I ever visit the city.

The location of the hostel is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants within walking distance. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout the stay. the dorm rooms are spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and plenty of room to move around. the kitchen is well furnished, making it easy to prepare meals. the hostel also offers a rooftop balcony with stunning views, creating a relaxing atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring.
One negative aspect is the lack of personal lockers for belongings.
